The Umoja Program will hold its 2nd annual Soul Fusion fundraiser with music featuring MiraCosta’s Frequency Vocal Jazz Ensemble, Gospel music by David Dredden and Undefeated, and special guest, R & B singer TJ Wilkins from season 6 of The Voice. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served during the silent auction period from 4-5 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the MiraCosta College Umoja Program scholarship fund designed to increase the educational outcomes of African-American and other students.
